These Terms govern your access to and use of the CrewCommand website, application, and related services. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Use of CrewCommand
CrewCommand provides operations software for trade and field service businesses, fleet records, inspections, maintenance, inventory, and field reporting. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts and company workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@crewcommand.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or misuse data belonging to other companies.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the quote or order form agreed with your company. Pricing is based on fleet size, crew count, and operational needs, contact us at pricing for current terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. CrewCommand is operational software, not legal, safety, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your fleet, inspections, and field operations.
