We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use CrewCommand:
- Account information, name, email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), and profile details when you sign up or sign in.
- Company and workspace information, company name, timezone, logo, divisions, places, fleet records, inventory, inspection data, and other operational data your team enters into the application.
- Contact form submissions, information you send when requesting a demo or contacting us from the marketing site.
- Usage data, basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and error logs to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide and secure the application, authenticate users, respond to demo requests, send operational email notifications you configure, and improve reliability and performance.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your fleet or field operational data for unrelated advertising purposes.
Cookies and local storage
CrewCommand uses browser local storage and session cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support offline field workflows. The marketing site uses minimal client-side storage for the contact form only.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and email delivery providers for transactional notifications.
Your choices
