CrewCommand exists because trade shops already have software for jobs and money, but fleet paperwork, circle checks, truck stock, and field damage still live in texts, clipboards, and spreadsheets.
What we build
CrewCommand is operations software for companies that run service vans, work trucks, trailers, tools, and crews in the field, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, landscaping, sewer and drain, and similar trades.
We focus on what you drive, what you carry, and what your people log before and during the work day: pre-trip inspections, fuel and mileage, damage with photos, inventory moves, and maintenance schedules. Field mode is for technicians. Admin mode is for the office.
We are deliberately not building dispatch boards, accounting, or payroll. Those problems have other tools. We solve the operational details that fall through when nobody has time to chase drivers for photos.
Who uses it
Owners and operations managers who need to know which trucks were checked and what failed. Office admins tired of re-typing logbooks. Fleet managers who want maintenance due on the asset, not a sticky note. Small to mid-size shops where one person wears several hats.
