Growth Loop
What it is
The customer communication log is a history of automations and touchpoints per customer. On each customer detail page, a communications tab shows what was sent and when: review links, booking links, reminders, and other automated messages. You see the full thread of outbound contact without digging through scattered inboxes or separate tools.
