Growth Loop
What it is
Reports and filters give you revenue over time (daily or monthly), tech-level attribution, trade breakdown, estimate funnel, top customers, and custom date ranges. You can filter and view in CrewCommand and use print-friendly views. The data is drawn from your jobs, estimates, and invoices so reports stay current without exporting to Excel.
Why it matters for your organization
Decisions are better when they are based on your actual data. Your organization needs to see revenue trends, conversion from estimate to job to payment, and which techs or trades drive results. Reports help you spot gaps, invest in what works, and explain performance to the team. How it works in the loop
Reports use the same events that power the Growth Loop: jobs completed, estimates approved, invoices paid. You can see how many jobs were completed in a period, how much revenue came in, and how that ties to automations and follow-up. The loop and reporting share one data source, so you can measure the effect of the loop on revenue and volume over time.
