CrewCommand

Our mission

Field service software built for operators, not accountants

CrewCommand exists because home service teams deserve software that actually works like they do: fast, accountable, and wired for growth from day one.

Why we built it

The gap between too heavy and too light

The problem

Enterprise FSM platforms are built for franchise chains with IT departments and implementation budgets. Lightweight apps are built for solo operators logging a few jobs. Neither fits a 3–15 person home service team running real volume with a real team.

The solution

The right-sized FSM doesn't just run operations — it grows the business. That's why the Review + Booking Growth Loop is built in, not added as a module. Review request pages, public booking by slug, and automation variables that put both in every customer message.

Our approach

Three things we don't compromise on

1

Right-sized, not lite

We don't strip features to make the product 'simple.' We design for how home service teams actually work: fast handoffs, real-time dispatch, professional documents, and automated follow-up. You get a complete FSM without the enterprise overhead.

2

The loop is the product

Review requests, public booking, and automation variables aren't modules you unlock at a higher tier. They're built into Core so every team gets the Growth Loop from day one. Job complete → review link sent → booking link sent → repeat.

3

Transparent pricing

Three published tiers in CAD: Core, Growth, and Scale. Clear user caps, no enterprise quote required, no long-term contract lock-in. You know what you're paying before you sign up, and you can change tiers as your team grows.

How we think

What guides the product

Accountability over chaos

Dispatch boards, tech KPI, and communication logs exist because you should know who's doing what, what was sent, and what's driving revenue — without building spreadsheets over the weekend.

Automate the follow-up, own the relationship

The best operators stay in front of customers after every job. CrewCommand makes that automatic with review links, booking links, and configurable message templates so nothing falls through the cracks.

Operational clarity from day one

You should be live before the end of the week, not after months of implementation. We build to be usable fast, so your team isn't fighting the software while running the day.

Who we serve

Seven trades, one platform

Home service teams running 2–30 people. We focus on trades and home services where operations, follow-up, and reputation are the growth levers.

Same platform across all trades. Seasonal scheduling for HVAC, equipment tracking, maintenance agreements, route-based dispatch for pest control — the workflows are tuned without splitting the product.
