Pricing questions
- What are the user caps and overages?
- Core: up to 3 users. Growth: up to 5 users. Scale: up to 8 users included; additional users are $25/mo each. All prices are in CAD. See the Pricing page for full feature comparison and add-ons like SMS.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or change billing (monthly/annual) through the billing portal. If you need to downgrade, we’ll work with you on timing so you don’t lose access mid-cycle.
- What about onboarding and support?
- All plans include access to help and documentation. Growth includes email support; Scale adds dedicated onboarding and escalated phone support so you get up and running with confidence.
- Is Core really complete, or is it a stripped-down starter?
- Core is a complete FSM. You get scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoices, Stripe payments, the public booking page, review request pages, and automation variables included. Growth and Scale add integrations and reporting depth — not the core operations you need to run the day.
- What happens if I go over the user cap?
- For Core (3 users) and Growth (5 users), reach out and we'll help you move to the right tier. For Scale (8 users included), each additional user is $25/mo. There are no surprise overages — we talk before anything changes.
