Invoices can include Stripe payment links so customers pay online. You see payment status in CrewCommand without switching to another system.

What it is

The customer portal is a token-based, no-login experience where customers view estimates and invoices, accept and sign, and request service. Each customer gets a secure link tied to their record. They can pay invoices via Stripe payment links from the same place. There is no shared password or customer account to manage; you control who gets which link.

QuickBooks integration (Growth and Scale) keeps your books in sync. We don’t replace your accounting software; we plug into it.
  • How do reviews and booking work?
    Review requests use a unique link per customer that lands on a simple page, then redirects to your Google review URL. You can track clicks. Public booking uses a /book/yourcompany-style page where anyone can submit a request (no login). Both {review_link} and {booking_link} are available in your automation templates so you can drop them into SMS and email.
