Growth Loop

What it is

Roles and permissions let you assign each team member a role (owner, admin, dispatcher, technician, office) and control access with granular permission keys (e.g. manage_customers, view_reports). You invite by email with a secure accept flow and can assign users to departments. There is no shared login; everyone has the right access for their job.

Why it matters for your organization

Shared logins and all-or-nothing access create security and compliance risk. As you grow, your organization needs to give dispatchers, techs, and admins the right level of access without exposing sensitive data or settings. Granular permissions reduce mistakes, support accountability, and make it safe to onboard new people. You stay in control as the team and the Growth Loop scale.

How it works in the loop

Permissions determine who can see and change jobs, customers, automations, and reports. The Growth Loop runs for everyone, but who configures review links, booking slugs, and automation templates is controlled by roles. Clear access keeps the loop consistent and auditable: you know who set up what and who can change it, so the organization can scale without chaos.
