Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CrewCommand’s field service management platform. They outline responsibilities for security, data, billing, and support so operations leaders know exactly what to expect.

1. Agreement & scope

  • CrewCommand, Inc. (“CrewCommand”) provides the SaaS platform described in your order form.
  • By accessing CrewCommand you accept these Terms of Service and any referenced documents.
  • If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2. Account & acceptable use

  • Keep login credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent security, copy the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for content your users upload (jobs, media, financial documents).

3. Fees & payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan selected (Starter, Growth, Scale, Unlimited, or custom).
  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated; late payments may incur finance charges.
  • Seat caps apply only when adding new users; existing users remain active even if you hit the limit.

4. Data protection

  • CrewCommand implements encryption, access controls, and Row Level Security to isolate each company.
  • We act as a processor of your data and only use it to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
  • You retain ownership of all customer data. Upon termination we provide exports upon written request.

5. Warranties & disclaimers

  • CrewCommand warrants it will provide the service using commercially reasonable skill and care.
  • Except as stated, the platform is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, though we target 99.9% uptime and provide status updates.

6. Limitation of liability & termination

  • Each party’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Either party may terminate for cause upon written notice if the other party materially breaches and fails to cure within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
