CrewCommand is single-domain field service management software built with privacy-by-design. We collect only the data required to run your crews and secure tenant boundaries.

Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email, company, role, seat usage.
  • Operational content: jobs, estimates, invoices, media, notes supplied by you.
  • Telemetry: device type, browser, app performance—used to improve reliability.

How we use data

  • Provide and personalize the CrewCommand platform across web + mobile.
  • Send service-related notifications (dispatch updates, billing reminders).
  • Improve features, security, and support with aggregated analytics.

How we share data

  • We never sell customer data.
  • Subprocessors (hosting, analytics, communications) operate under DPAs.
  • We may disclose data to comply with law or protect safety, after notice when possible.

Security & retention

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) with strict key management.
  • Row Level Security isolates each company. Helpers like current_company_id() enforce tenant boundaries.
  • Backups retained per contract; you can request deletion of org data at any time.

Control your data at any time.

CrewCommand supports GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy laws. Submit requests through the app or by emailing privacy@crewcommand.app.

Access: request a copy of the data CrewCommand stores about your company.
Correction: update inaccurate profile or customer information.
Deletion: request removal of personal data, subject to legal obligations.
Portability: export job, asset, and financial data via UI, API, or support ticket.
Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications while retaining essential service notices.
